The Problem
Contentation is an international SEO agency and a modern link-building platform that publishes sponsored content across thousands of portals in Poland and abroad. The challenge: their expertise was real, but their visual presence didn't reflect it.
- Complex services to communicate — SEO and link building are inherently technical; presenting them in a way that's both accurate and appealing to non-specialists is hard
- Mixed audience — the website needed to serve SEO specialists, marketing managers, and business owners — each with different knowledge levels and decision criteria
- Fragmented visual identity — no consistency between the website, social media, and sales materials
- International positioning — the brand operates across multiple markets but didn't look the part
The Solution
I designed a full visual ecosystem — website, social templates, and business presentations — working from a single design system so every touchpoint reinforced the same message.
Website UX/UI for contentation.com — clear information architecture, intuitive navigation, and conversion-focused design with a primary CTA: free link-building strategy. The structure guides both seasoned SEO professionals and first-time visitors without talking down to either.
Minimalist UI design — clean, purposeful aesthetic that supports the agency's professional positioning without visual noise that distracts from the offer.
Social media graphics — post templates and brand materials that maintain visual consistency across channels, making the brand recognisable without constant design support.
Business presentation materials — slide decks and visualisations for sales meetings and client education, designed to persuade rather than just inform.
Process & Validation
- Discovery & audit — workshops with the Contentation team combined with an audit of their existing communication
- UX wireframes — low-fi wireframes and information architecture built in Figma, tested with the agency team before moving to high-fidelity
- UI design system — full component system in Figma; graphics and visual assets produced in Illustrator and Photoshop
- Extended materials — social post templates and presentation slides in Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint for client-ready delivery
- Iterative delivery — close collaboration with the team through feedback rounds, final files delivered in implementation-ready formats
