The Problem
Most eco-campaigns tell people to change their habits. This one gave them a reason to actually do it.
"Do Pracy Bez Spalin" is a nationwide initiative promoting green commuting to work. The central tool was Amanda — a mobile app that uses gamification, challenges, and leaderboards to motivate employees to change how they commute. The brief covered everything from logo to app UX/UI to campaign websites to explainer animation. One ecosystem, zero gaps.
- Engaging two audiences with different motivations — companies care about CSR and employer branding; employees care about wellbeing, fun, and rewards. The same platform had to speak to both
- Building a daily-use mobile app — commute tracking has to be effortless or people drop it within a week
- Coherent visual identity across everything — logo, app UI, two landing pages, and animation all had to feel like one brand, not a patchwork

Logo & visual identity — ecological and modern aesthetic that sets Amanda apart from typical fitness apps. Identity carries cleanly from icon to campaign poster.
Landing page — DoPracyBezSpalin.pl — the campaign hub, optimised for company registration and employer branding. Sells the idea to decision-makers.
Landing page — Amanda.eco — the product page for the app itself, educational and conversion-focused, driving downloads from curious visitors.
Explainer animation — a short, dynamic film that breaks down the challenge concept and app mechanics in under 60 seconds. Replaces pages of onboarding copy.
Process & Validation
- Figma — app flow design, wireframes, interactive prototypes, complete UI system

- Discovery workshops — mapped needs from both sides — employees who'll use the app daily and employers who decide to join the campaign
